Soccer Zero tier list

All styles and flows ranked by match impact, not rarity. Use this before spending spins so you know what to keep and what to reroll.

Monster is currently the best style in Soccer Zero — its Legendary kit is the most flexible in the game. Rarity doesn't decide rankings here; in-match utility does (Glam is Epic yet sits at the bottom).

Style tier list (May 2026)

5 styles currently in the game. Ranked by match impact across all skill levels.

TierStyleRarityRoleWhy this ranking
S Monster Legendary Dribbler / Carry Striker Best overall kit in the game. Nutmeg creates instant space, Elastic Sting teleports ~20m as a primary escape, and a powerful long-range awakening shot. Works in any playstyle. Legendary like Demon, so spend your Lucky Spins here first.
S Demon Legendary Finisher / Pure Striker Best pure striker kit. Wide variety of shooting options (including Rush ability that chains into volleys and bicycle kicks). Extremely difficult to obtain. One-dimensional — no dribble or movement tools outside of shooting, which keeps it out of solo S-tier despite raw power.
A Speedster Epic Runner / Winger Great pace and transition pressure. Strong for creating chances on counter-attacks and wide runs. More forgiving for beginners than Monster or Demon because it doesn't require mastering tight timing windows.
B Egoist Rare Balanced / Learner Good starting style for new players. Balanced stats, easy to use, and good for learning positioning and spacing before moving to a more specialized build. Not strong enough for high-level play but reliable at lower levels.
C Glam Epic Goalkeeper / Defender Defender-focused kit with aerial interception (Glamorous Leap) and saves (Glamorous Save). Strict setup requirements and no mobility or dribbling tools. Useful only in goalkeeper or deep defensive roles. Avoid as an attacking build.

Style breakdown

What each style does in a match — beyond the tier ranking.

S Tier

Monster — what makes it the best

Monster's strength is that it doesn't ask you to rely on teammates to be effective. The kit lets you create your own chances, escape pressure, and convert from distance all within one build:

  • Nutmeg (C ability): Slips the ball past defenders to create instant space for a shot or pass
  • Elastic Sting (V ability): ~20-meter teleport — the best primary escape tool in the current meta
  • Awakening: Powerful long-range shot that charges during play

The one caveat: the mobility-to-shot chain has a timing element. Players who skip casual match practice and jump straight into ranked will feel that gap. Practice the Elastic Sting timing before committing to aggressive plays.

S Tier

Demon — the pure finisher

Demon is a striker's dream but comes with a major trade-off. It excels in team settings where teammates create the space Demon needs to finish:

  • Rush ability: Chains into aerial combos including volleys and bicycle kicks
  • Shooting variety: Multiple shot options that consistently create goals from inside the box
  • No movement tools: Zero dribbling or repositioning abilities — fully dependent on positioning and teammates
  • Legendary rarity: Same top rarity as Monster — both are premium pulls

If you play in a coordinated team where someone else does the dribbling and you finish — Demon is the best possible style. In solo queue it's harder to use effectively.

A Tier

Speedster — the beginner-friendly pick

Speedster sits just below Monster in effectiveness but is significantly easier to execute. It functions as a lighter version of Monster's movement kit:

  • Speed-focused abilities for counter-attacks and wide runs
  • More forgiving timing windows than Monster or Demon
  • Good for pressing and transition roles
  • Epic rarity — more accessible than the Legendary styles

If you roll Speedster early, keep it while learning the game. It's a strong A-tier pick that doesn't require mastering complex chains.

B/C Tier

Egoist and Glam

Egoist is the best starter option. Rare rarity, balanced stats, and forgiving mechanics. Good for your first several matches while you learn spacing, timing, and your preferred role. Reroll when you understand what style direction you want.

Glam is goalkeeper-focused. Glamorous Leap handles aerial headers defensively, Graceful Block clears aerial threats, and Glamorous Save has a slightly larger block radius. If you're playing goalkeeper in a coordinated team — Glam is your best choice. Otherwise it's a C-tier situational pick.

Flow tier list (May 2026)

6 flows currently in the game. Match your flow to your style and role for best results.

TierFlowEffectBest withNotes
SDemon FlowBoost to aerial finishing and scoring pressureDemon, MonsterBest overall flow for offensive builds. Improves the shooting stats that determine aerial shot power. Pairs perfectly with Demon style for maximum goal threat.
SBeeDribbling stat boost and carry supportMonster, SpeedsterBest flow for dribble builds. Supports the carry-heavy playstyle that Monster and Speedster thrive in. Increases control under pressure and in tight spaces.
AStrengthPower stat increase for shots and challengesDemon, MonsterImproves one stat cleanly — useful for pure strikers who already have movement handled. No dribbling or speed benefit, which keeps it out of S tier.
BFlashMovement speed boost for repositioningSpeedster, EgoistGood for pressing roles and making runs. Doesn't improve dribbling or shooting directly — purely a positional tool. Strong in high-tempo play but limited impact in half-court attacks.
BVolleyEnables better midair volleysDemon, GlamPowerful in specific moments — when the ball sits up for a volley, this flow helps convert it. The problem is those situations are uncommon in normal play. Situationally great, consistently limited.
CDomino10% speed boost when off the ballAnyThe bonus vanishes the second you receive possession — meaning it has zero impact during the moments that decide matches. Replace this the first chance you get.

Best build combinations

Style + flow pairings for each role.

Best carry build

Monster + Bee

The strongest solo-carry combination in the current meta. Monster's Elastic Sting lets you create space alone, and Bee flow increases dribble control under pressure. You don't need teammates to set up your shots — create your own chances from anywhere on the pitch.

Best for: Solo queue, dribble-focused players, experienced players

Best striker build

Demon + Demon Flow

Maximum goal threat in a coordinated team. Demon style's Rush chains into aerial combos and Demon flow boosts all shooting stats. Requires teammates who can create space and deliver the ball — don't use this in solo queue without good positioning awareness.

Best for: Team play, pure strikers, aerial specialists

Best beginner build

Speedster + Flash or Strength

Forgiving timing windows, good pace, and solid enough stats to compete at most levels. Flash flow helps with repositioning for players still learning spacing. Strength flow gives a clean power boost once your movement is solid. Roll up to Monster when you're ready for the next level.

Best for: New players, casual play, learning the game

When to reroll

Don't reroll based on tier position alone.

Keep your current pick if:

Reasons to stay

  • You haven't played enough matches to fairly judge it (try at least 5–10)
  • Your current pick is A or B tier — that's still competitive
  • You don't yet know your preferred role — learn that first
  • A higher rarity isn't always better — Glam is Epic yet bottom-tier, while Rare Egoist outranks it
Reroll when:

Reasons to reroll

  • Your current style genuinely doesn't fit your preferred role (e.g. Glam for a striker)
  • You're consistently finding the style's abilities don't match how you want to play
  • You have excess spins from codes and can afford to test
  • A new style or balance change shifted the meta significantly

FAQ

What is the best style in Soccer Zero right now?

Monster is the best style in Soccer Zero as of May 2026. It's a Legendary style (like Demon) that offers the most complete kit in the game — dribbling with Nutmeg and Elastic Sting, plus a powerful long-range awakening shot. It works for both solo carry play and team settings.

Is rarity the same as strength?

No — and Soccer Zero makes this clear. Glam is Epic yet sits at C-tier, while Rare Egoist ranks above it. Rankings come from in-match utility, not rarity. Don't drain your spins chasing a high rarity when a lower-rarity pick fits your role better.

What's the best flow in Soccer Zero?

Demon flow and Bee are both S-tier. Demon flow best pairs with finishing builds (Demon style), and Bee best pairs with dribbling builds (Monster, Speedster). Avoid Domino — its speed boost disappears as soon as you receive the ball, making it useless in actual match situations.

What should beginners use?

Start with Egoist style and Flash or Strength flow. They're forgiving, don't require complex timing windows, and let you learn positioning and match rhythm before committing to a specialized build. Once you know your preferred role — striker, dribbler, support — then reroll toward the style that fits it.

How often does this tier list change?

Style and flow rankings can shift after balance patches or when new styles are added. The current list reflects the May 2026 meta. Check back after major updates.
